Adrian Kucyk was born in Melbourne
in 1978. He completed the first of two undergraduate studies undertaken at the Royal
Melbourne Institute of Technology in 1998, graduating with the Diploma of Building
Design.
He was awarded the BDAV Student Design Award [Building Designer's Association of
Victoria] in the same year, recognising him as the state's leading graduate.
He commenced work as a project designer at Graham Jones Design in 1999, a progressive
residential design office based on Melbourne's Mornington Peninsula where he designed
award winning buildings while developing his design and management skills at a relatively
young age.
In 2003 he returned to study architecture at RMIT, while continuing contract work
for Graham Jones and at a similar time began commissions of his own. |
