This large house operates in two parts, each connected by an elevated bridge over the lower garage court.

The organisation of the building forms resulted in large garage and visitor parking areas to be located at the centre of the house rather than the front, screening them from the street and enabling the main bedroom suite on the highest level be at a higher position considering the sloping site and maximum building height limitations.

The entry corridor extends across the bridge to the main living areas, visually linking these zones while immediately presenting framed view upon entry.
